Alex, really connected with your line about getting “ strict about what you choose to focus your time and effort towards, and what you will need to drop to make the former possible.” I was cheered to learn I’d been accepted for (paying) freelance work that actually wasn’t worth my time. When I eventually was rejected for not making an initial deadline, I felt relieved since I’m able to focus on the three or four other things more important to me at this time.
